Andrea VanderWeide
Owner, Trillium Bookkeeping Services

Andrea VanderWeide started Trillium Bookkeeping Services when she and her husband moved to London in 2007 from Edmonton, Alberta.  Having worked for many years as the Office Manager, and then Controller of an Alberta manufacturing company, she wanted to do something different with her accounting skills.  Andrea feels the best thing about owning her own bookkeeping service is dealing with a variety of clients.  “I love the fact that my work is never boring,” she says, “and that I’m always learning about new businesses.”

Andrea lives with her husband Mike and their ever-changing assortment of dogs and cats.  She enjoys golfing, good food (not cooking, just eating!) playing guitar, hogging the stage at karaoke, and reading mystery novels.

Trillium Bookkeeping Services

Mike VanderWeide started his bookkeeping career in 2009 after a successful career in manufacturing.  Mike’s previous role was as Production Manager for Comfort Plus Enterprises, a manufacturer of ergonomically designed matting that won awards for its cutting edge products. Accounting seemed like a natural transition and he is currently enrolled in the accounting program at Fanshawe College.

Mike is an animal lover, and there are always rescue dogs living at the VanderWeide house.  An accomplished guitar player, songwriter and avid golfer, he enjoys lazy Sunday afternoons jamming on his favorite Les Paul.
